Jay is from Horsmonden near Tonbridge Kent. His farther was Jay's inspiration for wanting to be involed in racing world, having raced in saloons and formula first.
Jay started karting at 8 yrs, progressing to single seaters race cars aged 17, having won karting championships in both junior and senior categories.
When not racing Jay spends alot of his time in the gym making sure he is in top condition phsically.
